Sunrise Tropical Resort, Railay Beach

Staying at the Sunrise Resort was an absolute dream! The villas were stunning and really felt like a luxurious escape. The staff were so welcoming, making me feel like part of their family. I did notice that the dining options could be expanded, but overall, it was an exceptional experience. The location was quite convenient for accessing local activities, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings.

Unfortunately, my stay was rather disappointing overall. The room was dated and not particularly clean, and I faced significant issues with water supply during my stay. However, the staff were friendly and the pool area was decent, making for some nice moments in an otherwise frustrating experience.

The stay had its ups and downs. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the villa was impressive, with a large bathroom that had a unique outdoor shower. Unfortunately, the pool left a lot to be desired, as it was quite dirty and not well-maintained. Overall, while the location was convenient for beach access, I felt the experience could have been better, especially with the dining options and pool upkeep.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The communication before arrival was seamless, and the transfer to the hotel was smooth. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with beautiful views and comfortable amenities. The staff went above and beyond, especially when my child fell ill; their support was invaluable. The location was great for exploring, though the noise from the boats could be bothersome at times. Overall, a fantastic experience for families!

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoying the beautiful sunrise views and a clean, comfortable room. The kids loved the pool area and breakfast was a real treat, especially the coconut cakes! However, noise during breakfast due to renovations was a bit disruptive and could use improvement. Overall, a great value for a family trip.
